A labour of love

These retreats are a little different.

I don’t run them as a luxury retreat business, and I’m not interested in filling every moment with treatments, schedules or polished perfection.

They began because I love being on the water. I love bringing women together. I love watching what happens when we step away from our usual roles, put down our phones, move our bodies, eat beautiful simple food, swim in the ocean, laugh, talk honestly and remember who we are underneath all the noise.

They fill my cup too.

For now, I deliberately keep the cost of these retreats as accessible as I can. The intention isn’t to create an expensive escape. It’s to create a small, intimate experience where women can come aboard, participate in life on the boat and share something real.

There is sailing. There is adventure. There is meditation, movement and embodied practice. There are long conversations, quiet mornings, shared meals, saltwater, sunsets and usually a fair amount of laughter.

And somewhere amongst all of that, things shift.

Women go home seeing themselves, their bodies and their lives a little differently.

That’s why I keep doing them.
